At STS we understand our customers’ needs and do everything we can to take care of them. Our service technicians can be reached 24 hours a day, seven days a week to offer both over the phone and in person support. We offer maintenance training schools throughout the life of the system free of charge. Standard parts orders are processed and shipped same day as ordered, if the order is received by 3:00 PM EST.
